Presidio is about 250 miles from Odessa, Texas, which is the closest major city to this town. Who says europeans are more tolerant than Americans?
Q. I just got back from europe and my boyfriend and I were denied a one-bed room at a hotel in amsterdam because we were both guys. The receptionist simply refused to let us sleep in a room with one bed, and she was white not muslim. I never experienced this once in the US and I've traveled all over the country. And while in germany I changed my clothes behind my car door and the police nearly arrested me for public indecency. I do this all the time in the US without problems. And last year in Texas while my ex and I were backpacking Big Bend National Park we stripped naked in the famous hot spring with some old folks from Maryland and New Hamphsire. all naked, and we all got a kick out of it, but some tourists from canada and sweden wigged… [cont.]
