The PARENTS can opt out but if they don't and the girl refuses what's the legal consequence? Why she be physically forced? Not allowed to enroll in school? Arrested? Nothing? What is the meaning of mandatory without applying the opt-out clause? I'm curious how the legality works. I know the law is not passed, but it could be, and in other states as well. I think they would have to refer to an actual law passed in the state of Texas, before they could take any action against a girl who refused to take an HPV vaccine.( I'm not sure if a law exists, about taking the HPV vaccine in Texas) Plus she could always claim religious beliefs and not have to take the vaccine. Mandatory, means that they are trying to say "you" ( girls )have to take the HPV vaccine. Just sounds like a money making scam to me.
